- Health data: Information about injuries, physical conditions, and fitness level that you provide during the assessment questionnaire. Under GDPR, this is classified as “special category” personal data.
- Preference data: Your fitness goals, available equipment, schedule preferences, nutrition habits, and motivations.
- Payment data: Payment information is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited, quiz progress, and actions taken. This is collected via analytics tools and cookies.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To create and deliver your personalised wellness plan
- To communicate with you via text messages and email about your plan, check-ins, and account
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To improve our Service based on aggregated usage patterns

4. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract: Processing necessary to deliver the Service you have purchased.

5. Health Data
During the assessment questionnaire, we ask about injuries and physical conditions to tailor your wellness plan. This data is classified as special category data under GDPR Article 9. We process this data only with your explicit consent, which you provide by voluntarily completing the assessment. You may request deletion of this data at any time.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
- Stripe: Our payment processor, to handle transactions securely.
- Supabase: Our database provider, where your account and assessment data is stored.
- Meta (Facebook): We use the Meta Pixel for advertising analytics. This shares anonymised usage data (not health data) with Meta. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for up to 12 months in case you choose to return, after which it will be deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
