Joanna AI Personal Trainer (“the Service”) is an AI-powered wellness tool that provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. The Service is operated by Just Play Apps, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Not Medical Advice

The Service is not a medical provider, licensed personal trainer, or registered dietitian. Content provided through the Service is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or are taking medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or received through the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. When you purchase a plan, you agree to the following:

  • Recurring billing: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month depending on your chosen plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Payment: You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for all subscription fees. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at your next renewal and we will notify you in advance.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, email us at joanna@goodrec.com or use the cancellation option in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service, email us at joanna@goodrec.com within 60 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. This guarantee applies to your first billing period only.

7. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you participate in any exercise, nutrition, or wellness activities at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health consequence arising from your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Testimonials and results featured on our website reflect individual experiences. Results vary depending on individual effort, body composition, existing health conditions, and other factors. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service.
